Contract Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Officer / Manager)

    Compliance / Risk Management / Due Diligence

Core Responsibility:
  • Responsible for handling phone call regarding KYC due diligence information
  • To collect the necessary KYC Due Diligence information
  • To ensure all requisite information is gathered from the client consistently efficiently to complete KYC profiles and meet regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with internal department to understand the urgency and priority of different KYC renewals

  • Degree holder with minimum 1 years KYC, AML or client due diligence experience
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Candidates with experience in KYC renewals will be definite an advantage
  • Able to work under pressure and be a good team players
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
