Work Location: Tuen Mun District Leisure Services Office, 3/F., Tuen Mun Government Offices Building, 1 Tuen Hi Road, Tuen Mun, New Territories, Hong Kong
Working Hour: Within working hours from 8:15am – 6:18pm from Mondays to Fridays, (Average 44 hours per week), including 1 hour meal break
Salary: HK$17,200.00 per month

Job Duties:
To handle correspondence on supplies matters, sort and input the transaction of purchasing card vouchers, prepare quarterly returns, update the inventory records and maintain the records of contracts;
To assist in reviewing file records in accordance with latest records management requirements and support the launch of Electronic Recordkeeping System;
To maintain files and documents in relation to general matters and supplies and stores matters and perform the associated filing works;
To provide general support including photocopying, facsimileing, receipt and dispatch duties, classifying and distributing incoming and outgoing correspondences; and
To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
To have (a) Level 2/ Grade E or above in five subjects, including Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics, in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; OR a Certificate in purchasing and supplies related subjects issued by the Hong Kong Polytechnic/Hong Kong Polytechnic University, the School of Continuing Education of the Hong Kong Baptist University or the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent;
To have met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2/ Grade E or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent;
To have knowledge of computer operation including Microsoft Word and Excel; and
To have excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
Note:
"Attained" in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of two Applied Learning subjects)", and Grade E in Other Language subjects in the HKDSEE are accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the New Senior Secondary subjects in the HKDSEE.
(ii) "Grade E" in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 is accepted administratively as comparable to "Level 2" in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.
